Delete Your Ever Rooted Account
You can permanently delete your Ever Rooted account and associated personal data at any time.
From the Ever Rooted App
Sign in to Ever Rooted.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Review the account deletion and subscription notice.
Confirm Delete Account.
Your account deletion is immediate and permanent and cannot be undone.
Important: Deleting your Ever Rooted account does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you have an active subscription or free trial, billing may continue until you cancel it separately through Apple or Google, as applicable. You do not need to cancel your subscription before deleting your account.

Cancelling your subscription and deleting your Ever Rooted account are separate actions. Deleting your account does not itself stop subscription renewals.
Can’t Access the App?
Email support@alwaystowardapp.com from the email address associated with your Ever Rooted account with the subject “Delete my account.”
We will verify your request and process the deletion.
If you have an active subscription, you must also cancel it separately through Apple or Google to prevent future renewals.
What Is Deleted
Your Ever Rooted account and sign-in information
Profile information and profile photo
Preferences and reminder settings
Journal entries and associated Scripture recommendations
Prayers and Scripture responses
Saved Scripture, highlights, and notes
Daily moods
Today’s Blessings associated with your account
Support messages associated with your account
Premium status associated with your account
What Is Not Deleted
Apple and Google subscription and transaction records maintained by those services
RevenueCat purchase and customer records
Certain service-provider logs and backups retained under their respective policies
Data retained by third-party services according to their applicable policies
Deleting your Ever Rooted account does not automatically delete records held independently by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other third-party service providers.
